not an accident.
Most studios pick one vertical and stay there. We deliberately did not. A company that ships a children's phonics app and a JSON workbench and a field-service tool is forced to build one thing properly: a way of working that survives contact with wildly different users.
The categories are not interchangeable, and we do not pretend they are. A Kids title carries obligations a developer utility never will. A social product needs moderation before it needs features. We learn each category's rules first, then build inside them.
What stays constant is the engineering: native code, small dependency surfaces, data kept on the device wherever it can be, and a release that we are willing to put our own name on.

Written down so you can hold us to them, and so we have to say no to work that would break them.

The device first
If a feature can work locally, it works locally. Data leaves the handset when the feature genuinely requires it — not because a server made analytics easier for us.

No tracking economy
We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs in children's or educational titles, and we do not build cross-app tracking into anything. Where we measure, we measure our own crashes and our own performance.

Native, not near-native
Swift on Apple platforms, Kotlin on Android. Users can feel a wrapper, and review teams can see one. We write to each platform's own conventions.

Accessible by default
Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and TalkBack labels, sufficient contrast and full keyboard support are part of the definition of done, not a backlog item for a later sprint.

You own the work
Client engagements finish with the full source repository, the build pipeline, the signing setup and the store assets transferred to you. There is no hostage architecture.

Say the difficult thing early
If a scope will not fit the budget, if a category will not accept the concept, or if a feature will fail review — we say so at the start, in writing, when it is still cheap to change.
